Denim + Denim with Sira&Mara!

Hello lovelies and happy Wednesday! I don’t know about you gals, but one can never have tooooo many chambray shirts, am I right? Right. And today I am trying my hand at the denim on denim look! I must be honest, I tried it once before in a blog post a few weeks back and I was not. a. fan. Don’t get me wrong, I loved all of the individual pieces I was wearing, but once I started editing the photos, I kinda was not feeling it. That being said, when my girl Sandy wanted to do one style/two ways and mentioned doing denim on denim, I said HECK YES, lets try that one again 🙂 And I must say, that this time around, I was digging it! I like the light colored chambray paired with the darker distressed jeans and a bit of jazzy jewelry to make it pop, and make it a bit more SabbyStyle!

Now can we talk about just how freakin’ fierce and fabulous Sandy, the brains and beauty behind Sira&Mara jewelry company and the Style Pledge Blog, looks in her ensem?! Though we are both sporting denim on denim, these classic pieces can be styled in SO many different ways; the possibilities are endless!

Oh So Nautical

Hello dolls! Today I am bringing you some pretty fab accessories from Poppy Clips, Purple Peridot, and Trending Above! So, let’s break this ensemble down, starting from head-to-toe!

Let me count the ways I absolutely adore these fabulous crystal and periwinkle statement earrings! And they are the perfect weight aka my ear lobes weren’t drooping and I had them in all day! I was so excited when Alyssa, the sweet owner of Trending Above, sent me these earrings to share with all of you!

Is this KNOT the most versatile and lovely tassel necklace you’ve ever seen? Of course we all know that ropes and tassels are all the rage right now, but you really haven’t lived until you have had this baby around your neck! Speaking of living, you really should (like now, go do it!) check out Purple Peridot! Great pieces, great price-points, and wonderful customer service. I rest my case.

Honestly, how cute are these!? They have magnets sewn inside the ends so when you clasp them together, boom, instant jazz to your outfit! I wore the anchor-adorned chevron on my white skinnies and thought they added just the right amount of pizazz to my ensemble! I also dressed up a basic black tee with the black and leopard set and I got so many compliments on my t-shirt; as they were all surprised to see that they were not attached to the shirt! Coral Me Bad

Hello dears and Happy Tuesday! It feels so good to be back home, even though we had a blast in NYC! (lots of pictures to come!) I had a bunch of posts ready so I could just quickly publish them while I was away, but we were literally going 24/7 and I had zero energy to even get on the iPad! So let me share with you this little post that I had ready to go in honor of heading back to work tomorrow! PS, the weather here in NE is amazing and I am so excited to start wearing spring work-looks everyday!

I don’t know about you all, but I just love when an outfit comes together unexpectedly and you find yourself thinking; what did I do before I owned these items? Well that is exactly what I asked myself in regards to these flats! If you are not familiar with the Jcrew Factory Emery Bow Flats; please run, don’t walk, to your nearest location or computer and order yourself a pair pronto stat! I have bought countless pairs of flats that were oh so cute and majorly on-sale but would kill my feet after just a few short hours of wear. Which then results in me admiring them from a far as they sit and collect dust and eventually make their way into my IG closet where they will go to a loving home! So, I decided to take a gamble and throw a little investment money ($44 on sale) into a pair of shoes and I am so glad I did because I wear these bow beauties non-stop!

For this look, I was itching for some spring hues but needed layers to stay warm (no sign of warm weather here in Nebraska just yet!) so I went with these bright coral cords, anchor-printed chambray and a leopard cardi (all from Old Navy and all purchased on sale)! To tie it all together, I opted for this gorgeous Stella & Dot Carmen necklace, my go-to Phillip Lim for Target bag and, of course, these versatile bow flats!
